Children are permitted on the premises until close of business in the private room (Not including main bar, this is only up until 9pm) if attending the function and accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Alcohol Etc. (Scotland) Act 2010 states that anyone that looks under the age of 25years will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when buying alcohol. So please come with a Passport, Drivers License or a PASS accredited proof of age card.
Zero Drug Tolerance
We have a zero drug tolerance policy, anyone suspected of using drugs on our premises will be asked to leave and the police will be informed.
No theft or damage to The Constitutions furniture or fixtures.
No alcohol or food to be consumed that has not been bought on the premises or has been agreed in advance.
No abusive behaviour to customers or staff.
We also request that you don’t use confetti or party poppers when decorating for your event. *Please ask staff about suitable areas for banners, photos etc.
Friday and Saturday Bookings (after 5pm) must have a minimum of 35 individuals.
We will hold provisional enquiries for 2 weeks after which if the room hire hasn’t been paid we reserve the right to release the room to someone else. Bookings are deemed confirmed once Room Hire or Deposit has been received.
In the event you are unable to proceed with your booking at The Constitution, a full refund is available up until 4 weeks prior to the event.
